If City of London police services are required, I understand that 3on3Tourneys will cooperate fully with their investigation, including the sharing of video and witness statements.

Individual entry fee is $70. Payment is required by FRIDAY, JAN 12, 2024 and should be sent via Etransfer to: [email protected] which has been set up as an auto deposit. If the roster is unable to be filled, and we cannot offer a spot to your player, your fees will be fully refunded.

All players must submit a Liability Waiver completed by their parent/guardian as a requirement of participation. This form can be found under the DOCUMENTS heading on the menubar.
