- Playing style is 3on3** (3 players +1 goalie per side per shift)
- All teams guaranteed 4 games
- Non-contact play
- All games are officiated by certified referees (LRG members)
- Full ice format: 2009 - 2014 (3on3 style) $650/team
- Full ice format: 2015 - 2016 (4on4 style) $650/team
- Cross ice format: 2016** - 2018. $350/team
- 3 tiers per birth year for better parity
- Roster size is up to each team
- Fully insured
**2016 birth year teams just starting in HL/LL may enter cross ice divs.
