TEAM REGISTRATION

We encourage any/all teams to play to a level they are comfortable with, understanding that the caliber played in league may by higher or lower than the caliber of your 3on3 team.

CLARIFICATION OF ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL ABUSE, BULLYING, HARRASSMENT, FIGHTING, RACISM, AND/OR DISCRIMINATION. 

As the representative of this team, I understand that there is zero tolerance for any behaviours listed above. I will clearly and fully communicate this message to the players, parents, and bench staff of this team.  This includes but is not limited to all on-ice areas, hallways, and dressing rooms. 

I will confirm to the bench staff that they must remain on the players bench for the duration of the game, unless the referee signals for assistance in the case of injury or other incident. 

On behalf of the team, I accept that any of the above negative behaviours exhibited by members of my team will result in the removal of the player(s) without hesitation, possible forfeiture of the entire team from remaining games, and forfeiture of all registration fees. If police services are required, I understand that 3on3Tourneys will cooperate fully with their investigation, including the sharing of video and witness statements.

  • Payment is required on or before FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 2024 and is accepted via Etransfer to: [email protected] which has been set up as an auto deposit. If we are unable to provide you with a team spot in this event, your fees will be fully refunded. 
  • All participants (players AND bench participants) must submit (**NEW**) an online Liability Waiver as a requirement of participation. Players and bench participants under the age of 18 must have the Liability Waiver completed by their parent/guardian. (This online form only needs to be submitted once for the 2023-24season.) 
  • Please submit rosters, via email, one week in advance of the event. Rosters CAN be changed/modified up until the day of the event. A modified Roster may be submitted or the changes can simply be emailed.
    PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL:
    We are required to adhere to MLHU public health protocols. We will confirm, via email, any public health protocols that will be in place during any of our events.
