Registration is required on or before SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2023 in order to guarantee a spot.

As a requirement of participation, the online Liability Waiver must be completed for each player. This form can be found from the MENU > LIABILITY WAIVER.

Rosters must be submitted by email by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2023. Rosters CAN be changed/modified up until the day of the event. A modified Roster may be submitted or the changes can simply be emailed.

PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL

There are no public health protocols applicable to our events in effect at this time. We will make every effort to update changes as (or if) they are announced from the health units, however, please refer to the City of London or City of Waterloo, and their respective health units, for the most up to date protocols in effect in the city of your participation.
