TEAM REGISTRATION
We encourage any/all teams to play to a level they are comfortable with, understanding that the caliber played in league may by higher or lower than the caliber of your 3on3 team.










  1. These are the proposed divisions (by birth year.) Teams may play "UP" in a higher birth year, but may not play "DOWN" in a lower birth year - unless permitted by 3on3Tourneys.
  2. **IMPORTANT: Please select based on the following: T1 is for kids at or near the top of the age group (Example: birth year 2013 and above it would be similar to AAA/AA players, but birth year 2014 and younger may be subjective as there is no AAA at those ages); T2 is for kids that make up the mid-pack of the group (Example: lower AA or MD in 2013 and older); T3 should be Houseleague and/or Local League teams or lower MD teams).

  10. CLARIFICATION OF ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING

    As the representative of this team, I understand that FIGHTING is absolutely not permitted in 3on3Tourneys events, and I will clearly and fully communicate this message to the players, parents, and bench staff of this team.  This includes but is not limited to all on-ice areas, hallways, and dressing rooms. 

    I will confirm to the bench staff that they must remain on the players bench for the duration of the game, unless the referee signals for assistance in the case of injury or other incident. 

    On behalf of the team, I accept that any fighting and/or intent to injure actions will result in the removal of any player without hesitation, possible forfeiture of the entire team from remaining games, and forfeiture of all registration fees. If City of London police services are required, I understand that 3on3Tourneys will cooperate fully with their investigation, including the sharing of video and witness statements.

    • Payment is required on or before FRIDAY, MAY 26, 2023 and is accepted via Etransfer to: [email protected] which has been set up as an auto deposit. If the roster is unable to be filled, and we cannot offer a spot to your player, your fees will be fully refunded. 
    • FEES: FULL ICE TEAM: $650/team; CROSS ICE TEAM: $350/team; FREE AGENTS: $70/player
    • All participants (players AND bench participants) must submit (**NEW**) an online Liability Waiver as a requirement of participation. Players and bench participants under the age of 18 must have the Liability Waiver completed by their parent/guardian. (This online form only needs to be submitted once for the 2022-23 season.) 
    • Please submit rosters, via email, one week in advance of the event. Rosters CAN be changed/modified up until the day of the event. A modified Roster may be submitted or the changes can simply be emailed.
      PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL:
      We are required to adhere to MLHU public health protocols. We will confirm, via email, any public health protocols that will be in place during any of our events.
