    • Individual entry fee is $50. Payment is required by MAY15, 2023 and can be sent via Etransfer to: [email protected] which has been set up as an auto deposit. If the roster is unable to be filled, and we cannot offer a spot to your player, your fees will be fully refunded. 
    • All players must submit a Liability Waiver completed by their parent/guardian as a requirement of participation. This form can be found under the DOCUMENTS heading on the menubar.

    COVID & PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL:

    • We will continue to adhere to MLHU and public health protocols as they are in place at the time of the event. A confirmation of any protocol will be emailed prior to the event.
