- Payment is required on or before FRIDAY, MARCH 31, 2023 and is accepted via Etransfer to: [email protected] which has been set up as an auto deposit. If the roster is unable to be filled, and we cannot offer a spot to your player, your fees will be fully refunded.
- FEES: FULL ICE TEAM: $650/team; CROSS ICE TEAM: $350/team; FREE AGENTS: $70/player
- All participants (players AND bench participants) must submit (**NEW**) an online Liability Waiver as a requirement of participation. Players and bench participants under the age of 18 must have the Liability Waiver completed by their parent/guardian. (This online form only needs to be submitted once for the 2022-23 season.)
- Please submit rosters, via email, one week in advance of the event. Rosters CAN be changed/modified up until the day of the event. A modified Roster may be submitted or the changes can simply be emailed.
PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL:
We are required to adhere to MLHU public health protocols. We will confirm, via email, any public health protocols that will be in place during any of our events.
